Data Retention

  • Data related to memorial services (photos, texts, videos, profile information): kept for as long as the memorial portal is active, or until you request its deletion.
  • Billing and payment data: kept for the period required by tax and accounting law (usually 7 years in Quebec and Canada).
  • Communication and customer service data (emails, support requests): kept for a reasonable period of time in order to follow up on exchanges and improve our services.
